Please know that the cost for the lab work through IMMUNO LABS INC and consultation fee is $640 for Toxic Food Syndrome Testing. You will receive a one hour nutritional consultation. You must also arrange for blood draw at a local lab.  

The basic instructions are as follows: Donna Dunlop will give you a one hour consultation once your test is completed:

1. Send check, cashiers check or money order to:

2. Your kit will be sent directly to you from Immuno Labs Inc.  You are to arrange to have blood drawn at a lab or at your doctors office / MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM IF THEY CAN SPIN THE BLOOD AT THEIR LOCATION. If yes, bring the kit with you to you appointment. You do not have to fast in order to have your blood drawn for this test.

3. Call FedEx number on the sheet inside the kit and they will pick up the package at your house. This sheet should also be given to the nurse or doctor whom is drawing your blood so that they can follow directions carefully. When you call FedEx you must ask to speak to a representative and tell them the pickup is already paid for. Use the term third party (it will tell you to say this on the sheet provided). They will then arrange for a pickup at your house. Please keep the gray billable stamp for your records. There is an order number top left. Give that number to the representative.

4. Once your blood work is complete, Immuno Representative  Donna Dunlop (see background information), will arrange to have an hour consultation with you to go over your bloodwork.
